Client: Startup Developer of AI enabled SCM Network Device

Marketing Goal: Develop a performing telemarketing model eliminating the need for a field sales operation.

Methodology: A multi-channel, multi-touch sales model was developed utilizing in and outbound teleservices, email fulfillment, and webinar demonstration that produced replicable sales results. Upon “Proof of Model”, the telemarketing component was transitioned offshore resulting in decreased labor expense.

Result: Client is now a Public Corporation, this project continues to run today.
